Prepare these materials
A lightweight handoff
- For every stop: title, short description, approved audio file, and image.
- For the collection: guide name, preferred order, language, and visitor-facing introduction.
- Rights confirmation: confirmation that you may publish the supplied audio, images, and text in the guide.
- Review contact: one person who can approve factual and brand details before launch.
Important: upload access is issued only after a pilot is agreed. This keeps your materials private and prevents an open public upload endpoint.

Our publication check
We verify that every stop has the intended display order, text, image, audio playback, and approval. The guide is not published merely because files have been uploaded.
