Managed pilot

One small collection. A clear result.

The first release is managed with you, not a self-service subscription. We agree a bounded scope, configure the listening experience, and learn from a real visitor-facing guide or audio collection.

The process

What happens in a pilot

1

Agree the scope

We confirm the number of stops, language, target launch date, and what is included before production begins.

2

You send approved materials

You remain the source of truth for narration, images, visitor information, and rights to use them.

3

We configure and test

We build the guide, check the playback path on mobile, and share a private review link before publishing.

4

Publish the agreed guide

After your approval, we publish the guide and use the result to decide whether to expand it.

Prepare these materials

A lightweight handoff

Important: upload access is issued only after a pilot is agreed. This keeps your materials private and prevents an open public upload endpoint.

Before launch

Our publication check

We verify that every stop has the intended display order, text, image, audio playback, and approval. The guide is not published merely because files have been uploaded.
